Using Daily Jigsaw

Daily Jigsaw is a free service for playing and sharing jigsaw puzzles. By using it you agree to these terms. You must be able to form a binding contract; if you're under the age required in your country, use it only with a parent/guardian's consent.

Community uploads & your content

When you submit a photo to be played as a community puzzle, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the image or have all rights and permissions needed to upload it and allow it to be played and shared as a puzzle;
• The image does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other right of any third party;
• The image is not unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise prohibited (see Acceptable use);
• If the image was created or substantially altered with AI, you have disclosed that at upload, and you understand AI puzzles are labeled as such.

You keep ownership of your content. You grant Daily Jigsaw a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, resize/crop, tile into puzzle pieces, and create derivative thumbnails of your image for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. This license ends when you delete the content, except for copies already cached or required by law.

You agree to indemnify Daily Jigsaw against claims arising from content you submit in breach of these terms.

AI-generated images

If your image was generated or substantially edited by AI, you must say so when uploading. We label AI puzzles so players know. This helps us comply with emerging transparency rules (e.g. the EU AI Act).

Voting & fair play

One account per person; one vote per puzzle. Creating multiple accounts, buying votes, or otherwise manipulating rankings is prohibited and may result in removal of content, votes, or your account.

Acceptable use & moderation

Uploads are subject to automated and human moderation. We may remove content and restrict accounts that violate these terms. We may pre-moderate uploads from new accounts.

Copyright & repeat infringers

We respond to copyright notices and, in appropriate circumstances, terminate repeat infringers. See our Copyright & DMCA Policy.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is," without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. We may change or discontinue features at any time. Your privacy is covered by our Privacy Policy.
